Chop & Drop provides tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, storm damage and emergency tree services, yard grading, mulch and debris removal, and firewood delivery in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and surrounding areas of Hampton Roads.

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes. Any tree or property work we perform is governed by the written proposal, estimate, or service agreement you approve, not by these Terms. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that job.

2. Estimates and Scheduling

  • Estimates are free and are not a binding contract until you approve a written proposal.
  • Prices, availability, and timelines quoted on the Site, by phone, or by text are subject to an on-site assessment and may change based on site conditions, weather, access, or the scope of work.
  • Requests submitted through the Site or our online booking tool are requests only. An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it with you.
  • Emergency service response times depend on conditions and crew availability and are not guaranteed.

3. Information You Provide

When you contact us, request an estimate, or book through the Site, you may provide your name, address, phone number, email, property details, and photos. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the property you identify. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Text Message (SMS) Terms

Program: Chop & Drop Customer Notifications.

What you'll receive: If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Chop & Drop may send you text messages related to your service requests, including appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and quote notifications, job updates, crew arrival notices, invoices and payment reminders, and follow-up or review requests.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can request an estimate or service by phone or email without opting in.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity, typically a few messages per estimate or job.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you gave us. If you provide someone else's number, you confirm you have their permission to do so.
